Auto detailing goes beyond a wash: a full detail typically includes clay bar decontamination, machine polishing to remove swirl marks, a sealant or wax, and a deep interior clean with shampooed carpets and conditioned leather. Detail shops price by vehicle size and condition, and a full interior and exterior detail takes most of a day. Ceramic coatings are a hardened liquid layer applied after paint correction that lasts years rather than weeks and makes washing easier; paint protection film (PPF, or clear bra) is a self-healing urethane wrap that stops rock chips on the hood, bumper and mirrors. Window tint shops apply dyed, carbon or ceramic film to cut heat and glare, subject to each state's visible light transmission limits.
The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 9 am–6 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. Sergei is amazing. The quality and professionalism is 2nd to none. Worked on the Tesla Model S wrap and it looks amazing! He takes a lot of pride in the work he and his team does.

Just picked up my 2026 Model S Plaid from New Layer Customs after having PPF and ceramic tint installed, and I couldn't be more impressed. The work is absolutely flawless. What really sets them apart is the attention to detail and the above-and-beyond experience from start to finish. The pride they take in their craft really shows. 10/10, highly recommend.

These guys are the best. I have a 25 Chevy Trailboss with the hood cowl that will blind you in sunlight. Definitely recommend a matt black decal to dampen the glare that comes off it directly into your eyes. It looks great and I can drive without holding my hands up to block that glare now. Thank you guys so much!! 💓

Serge and his team do amazing work. They worked on my 2025 Z06 and completed a full PPF wrap. One of the best wrap jobs I have ever seen. Great service. Highly recommend

I have been going to New Layer Customs for a long time. They have done both partial and full paint protection film on my sports cars, including a very sweet Stek Carbon Fiber PPF on my yellow Cayman S. Before I knew about New Layer, I used another Metro-Detroit PPF installer for a few vehicles, and New Layer's work is far superior in every way. I will never go anywhere else for my PPF and tint.

I brought my new Mazda to Serge and his team at New Layer Customs for tint. I asked to make the rear half look like it was factory privacy glass. They did an amazing job. I would highly recommend you go se Serge and his team for any of your Tint or Vinyl needs.

I took my ZLE to New Layer Customs to be fully wrapped and ceramic coated as well as PPF on the front end. I had to delay the initial install date and they worked with me to schedule a new date like it was no big deal. The shop is immaculately clean and organized which I think is extremely important for any automotive business. Customer service was on point! I track my car so I know I’ll need some repairs from time to time and I’ll definitely bring it back here. Already trying to get my dad to wrap his car, after seeing mine he’s all about it. Very happy and thankful I found your shop! Hoping for your continued success and based on your service I fully expect it.
